Return Policy  

1. Overview

We strive to ensure our customers are satisfied with their purchases. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return your item(s) under the conditions outlined in this policy.

2. Eligibility for Returns

• initial payments must be requested within 15 days of the purchase date.
• Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received them.
• Proof of purchase (e.g., receipt or order confirmation) must be provided.  

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

• Services
• Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers)
• Personalized or custom-made items
• Digital downloads or software
• Gift cards
• Items on sale or clearance  

4. Return Process

1. Initiate Return: Contact our customer service team at 480-624-2500 to initiate a return. Please provide your order number and the reason for the return.
2. Receive Authorization: Our team will review your request and provide a return authorization if the item is eligible.
3. Ship Item: Pack the item securely and include the return authorization. Ship the item to the return address provided by our customer service team. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect.
4. Inspection and Refund: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your return. If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 3-5 days.

If you need to exchange an item for the same product, contact our customer service team at 480-624-2500.  6. Refunds for Late or Missing Returns

• Late Returns: If your return is not received within the specified return window, we may deny the return or issue a partial refund at our discretion.
• Missing Returns: If you have not received a refund after 3-5 days of returning your item, please contact us at 404-946-3488. We will investigate the issue and provide a resolution.  

7. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us immediately at 404-946-3488 with details and pictures of the damage or defect. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.  

8. International Returns

For international returns, the same return process applies. Please note that you are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees associated with the return.  

9. Changes to Return Policy

We reserve the right to modify this return policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page and will apply to purchases made after the date of the change.
